What is Variety?

Variety is an unmbrella charity dedicated to inspiring hope and enriching the lives of children in need under 18 years of age. The success and longevity of Variety, The Children’s Charity is due to a plethora of individuals and companies.Variety SA employs 6 full time and 1 part time staff who are supported by a band of volunteers and committees running various events and functions. We have an extraordinarily dedicated volunteer Board of Directors which includes a team of proffesionals dedicated to keeping an eye on where the money goes. We also have a strong base of celebrity ambassadors who help raise the profile of Variety and ássist when we need celebrity support for campaigns and events. We couldn’t do without them! We are lucky to enjoy collaboration from companies and corporate supporters who help us raise the funds that we need in order to keep doing such great work for kids. Of course - what would Variety be without our kids? The kids we help are the reason that all of these volunteers, corporate supporters staff members and celebrities keep being the best that they can be for our children.
